Forest Hill Valet
Strategy

Forest Hill’s advantage was being new to the market. We identified a clear gap and positioned the company as the highest end valet provider in the local market. The sales strategy targeted luxury residences for low-cost exposure to target clients (and a large source of revenues).

Branding

The first task was to upgrade the company logo. We followed in the tradition of classic luxury brands – using an oval shape with scripted font, and selected a strong forest green as the core colour. Rejecting stock photography in favour of a personalized photo shoot, every image was an authentic portrayal of the brand and resulted in a lasting company brochure.

Mechanics

A complete brand guideline was developed to translate the luxury feel cohesively across all sales and marketing materials. This included custom contracts, proposal templates and invoices all printed on lavish paper. The website was easy-to-use and concise in its content; an ongoing showcase of Forest Hill’s strategic partners and high-end clients that continues to solidify the brand as Toronto’s foremost luxury valet provider.
